  $14 flat fee provides valet services and parking space up to 24 hours
  Valet services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

• O'Quinn Medical Tower (CHI St. Luke’s Health - Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center outpatient clinic, entrance at 6624 Fannin St.)
  $14 flat fee provides valet services and parking space from 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
  Valet open Mon.-Fri., closed weekends and holidays

Self parking

• TMC Garage 2, at the intersection of Holcombe Boulevard and Richard J.V. Johnson Ave., connects to Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center by a skybridge on level 2 and offers handicapped parking on levels 2 and 3.
   
• TMC Garage 1 on Fannin offers handicapped parking on level 2.
  

TMC Garage 1 & 2 rates:

• 0–1 hour: $5
• 1–2 hours:  $8
• 2–4 hours:  $10
• 4–24 hours: $12
• Lost SmartChip:  $20

Pre-paid SmartChips that allow in-and-out privileges are available. If you plan to park for several days or make repeated trips to the Texas Medical Center, you may choose from the following two options when purchasing a pre-loaded SmartChip:

• $52 pre-paid SmartChip (loaded with $60 in parking value)
  
• $100 pre-paid SmartChip (loaded with $115 in parking value)
