Question:

Hello very active 60 year old. I have mild aortic sclerosis and slight leakage of aortic valve. Can I push myself cardiovascularly without danger? My doctor says yes. Didn't even seem worried. 6ft 185lbs. good cholesterol 185. l07 LDL. I have benign skip beats, too, taking atenolol 50 daily. I don't want to stop running...Need peace of mind. Thanks much!
