The Texas Heart Institute is a nonprofit organization. The mission of the Texas Heart Institute is to reduce the devastating toll of cardiovascular disease through innovative programs in research, education and improved patient care.
The Texas Heart Institute's Heart Information Center is a community outreach program wherein the Institute's staff members provide patient-education information related to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
