The Heart Information Center is a community outreach program through which staff of the Texas Heart Institute provide educational information about heart health and the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease. In addition to educating physicians and researchers, the Texas Heart Institute is committed to educating children and adults about the effects of heart disease and the need for heart disease prevention. Most information is provided on this website in both English and Spanish-language versions.
