Question:
What does inducible ischemia mean?
Recently my dad has undergone a formal heart check up and all lab reports, ECG reports, Echo cardiogram and Chest X-Ray reports are perfectly alright but TMT was reported as Positive for Inducible Ischemia. What does this mean? What are the best medications to be taken? Should I have to undergo an angiogram immediately?

It simply means that while resting, the heart is likely getting enough blood supply. When the heart is put under stress, such as the treadmill test, the demand for oxygen by the heart is greater than the supply that it is receiving. Treatment depends on multiple variables which you should discuss with your cardiologist.
