In light of recent studies, what are your current recommendations for taking omega-3 supplements?

Patrick J. Cook, MDThere is usually little downside, but studies suggest consumption of cold water fish (salmon, cod, etc.) 2-3X/week is better in terms of CAD risk. They CAN enhance tendency to bleeding, particularly if one is on other blood thinners.
