Question:

Can you tell me what my symptoms represent?

I am having serious chest pain from the past months now. I went to the doctor but not getting any good result. The pain I speak of comes from the neck down to the back of the upper shoulder, down and into the chest. I have shortness of breath. I am tired at times. I am weak as well. I find myself get very dizzy at times and the list goes on. What can you tell me is happening here doc?

Thanks for the question.  I do not know your risk factors for heart disease.  Your neck pain may not be due to heart disease, but you need investigations for chest pain.  Please see a cardiologist.  He/she will do further cardiac investigations to rule out coronary artery disease.
