Do I have pulmonary hypertension?
I have enlarged pulmonary artery (3.3cm.) Do I have pulmonary hypertension? I had chest pains once and it went away. I have no other symptoms of PH.

Dear Jennifer: A pulmonary artery can be enlarged without pulmonary hypertension.
