Atrial Flutter
    

This heart sound is from a patient with a condition known as heart block. Heart block is a problem in the heart’s electrical conduction system. Due to the heart block, the patient’s heart beats with an abnormal rhythm called an Atrial Flutter. This heart sound has been described as a ticking clock (flutter waves) followed by a bump, bump (which are the normal first sound and second sound).
