Question:
Is it possible to reverse my diastolic dysfunction or make it worse with exercise?
Is it possible to reverse my diastolic dysfunction (DD), stage one with E/A ratio of .7 at my female age of 63? And can my aerobic exercise 90 min a day make the DD worse since it makes me develop hypertension with the diastolic number?
